The professional support staff at Masson & Fatini, LLP is an integral part of the quality legal services our firm offers in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, Tax, Business Litigation and Transactions.

Hilary MartinHilary Martin joined Masson & Fatini, LLP as its lead paralegal in 2005. In addition to other assignments, Ms. Martin handles and oversees the bulk of the firm’s family law matters. Her ability to coordinate with the attorneys, the court, and most importantly, the clients, makes her an invaluable asset to the firm.

Prior to joining Masson & Fatini, LLP, Ms. Martin worked at the Orange County Legal Aid Society where she assisted low-income individuals with navigating through the legal process. Whether it was a small claims action, a family law matter, or a general litigation issue, Ms. Martin’s unique and intimate knowledge of the court system helped clients efficiently and effectively deal with their legal issues.

Ms. Martin graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2003 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law and a minor in Business Economics. In 2004, she obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Irvine. Ms. Martin is currently in the process of obtaining her Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of California, Irvine.

Ms. Martin is an active member of the Orange County Paralegal Association.

Morgan WilcoxMorgan Wilcox began working as a law clerk for Masson & Fatini, LLP in 2007. Mr. Wilcox actively assists with all legal aspects of the family and civil law matters. During his tenure with Masson & Fatini, LLP, Mr. Wilcox has assisted in several trials and long-cause hearings. His skill, knowledge and enthusiasm for the law often make the difference in many cases on which he works. Mr. Wilcox is currently in his third year of law school at Chapman University School of Law located in Orange, California. He graduates in May 2008 and upon passing the bar, intends to specialize in the area of family law. Mr. Wilcox is a graduate of the University of Utah. In 2005, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a certificate in Criminology.

Kristin WyleyKristin Wyley began working at Masson & Fatini, LLP in 2006 as a Legal Assistant. Ms. Wyley aids in administrative work as well as ensuring that clients are well taken care of.

Ms. Wyley attends California State University, Fullerton and is in the process of completing her degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.
